We are seeking a skilled technician to maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. This role involves identifying parts for replacement, ordering necessary components, and ensuring all work aligns with established standards. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to perform tasks under general supervision while demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill all requirements of Assembly Mechanic
- Assemble new pumps and assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain testing standards and equipment in compliance with ISO procedures.
- Understand and adhere to environmental policies and regulations.
- Review Sales Orders and Production Orders to identify build requirements.
- Ensure materials from the Parts Department match the Pick List prior to assembly.
- Conduct pre-tests on units before they are forwarded to Quality Control for final testing.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in mechanical systems.
- Ability to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
