ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Administrative Assistant will assist the legal
department in the preparation of documents, contract summaries concerning communities, property sales, land acquisitions and real estate transactions>
not limited to the following:
1.Assist in streamlining processes within the legal department to enhance efficiency in Company operations, including oversight of document management systems
2.Coordinate with other departments to track, manage, and organize contracts from proposal stage through execution
3.Responsible for support related to litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints
4.Develop and support Company risk management initiatives in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
5.Assist with formatting, redlining, compiling, and managing complex contract documents and other deliverables for internal and external use
6.Renewing and maintaining company licensing
7.Assist with drafting, filing, and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships
8.Perform wide variety of legal research and data compilation
9.Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time
1. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
7. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality
